We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, minor variations in natural honey colour, texture, or taste may occur — these are signs of pure, unprocessed honey, not defects.
Prices are listed in INR (₹) and may change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of checkout.
4. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:
- Suspected fraudulent activity or invalid contact details
- Stock unavailability or pricing errors
- Bulk orders not approved in advance
- Misuse of coupon codes or promotional offers
5. Payment Terms
We currently accept the following payment methods:
- Online Payment — UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — Available in select regions. A nominal handling fee may apply. Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery.
6. Coupon & Promo Code Policy
- Coupons are valid only for the duration and conditions mentioned
- Only one coupon can be applied per order unless explicitly stated
- Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash
- Nature's Home reserves the right to cancel orders involving coupon misuse or abuse of promotional offers
7. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or regional restrictions.
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information.
8. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate personal and delivery information
- Be available to receive the order at the provided address
- Inspect the parcel upon delivery and report damage immediately
- Refrain from any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity on the site
